I believe that they will hire collection agencies to go after you if you don't. I went to a job fair and a collection agency said that that was what they do.

I heard OJ moved to Florida and bought a mansion there because the law there protects a home of any size from being seized from lawsuits, etc. I may have to move there myself. Student loans can't go thru bankrupcy and sometimes there is no money there to pay them.
