This depends on the size of the loan, and your school work load.

I find student loans to be easy to deal with. If you are going to have debt, this is the best debt to have.

I recommend taking the loan and really focuesing on school and school related activities. This rounds out your future better then some type of meanial job that you would have.

Work while you go to school. Just ask anyone who is out of school, even 10 years removed from school, paying back student loans are a major pain in the ***. ive heard so many stories and jokes about it. work as you go.
