Yes and they've increased the payments. I'm actually bumming cause I didn't learn anything by education. I only learned when I got a job.

I'm in college now. Federal grants have paid my whole way. It's so funny how poor people get free education and don't need to pay anything back even when I do get a job. And rich people are the ones paying all the taxes and getting shafted.
