that's just the school financial aid packages. scholarships from companies, foundations, and school grants (pell) are stil available regardless of residence. you have to file and winn them, but the school financial aide office should be able to help you get them. and yes, you can get student loans, if you decide you want to pay them back. talk to the financial aide office about any grants and scholarships you may be able to get, not just those for state residents.
My (grad) school doesn't allow financial aid to out of state students. Can I still get a student loan?
Yes you can. It would be easier if you expected family contribution was low. Then you can get those low interest loans. I would contact the Vel School Inc. They have been able to get people money all over the US.

A student loan from them, probably not. But you could probably pick up some scholarships. (Look at scholarships.com)

U should be able to get a student loan to help.. pells stop at bachelors.. How can they NOT allow aid to out of state students. I would ? that.. If they are accredited..I don't think they can do that.. U can try a private loan.. if comes to u not the school but VERY FEW people qualify for those.. I checked on one and u have to have had the same job 2 years, have PERFECT credit and make so much a year. Plus u have to submit transcripts, references, etc. GL
