I am tryin to get a student loan without a co-signer.?

I keep getting denied because of my credit....what can i do to look better in the eyes of the creditors because I owe my school $2000 by April 1 or I can not graduate....please help!!!!!!!!

stafford loans are not based on credit and don't need a co signer.. Do u have a pell grant.. That should take care of most of it.. ask the school about stafford loans.. b sure this is filled out first www.fafsa.ed.gov.. GL

First off...how old are you and why don't you want a co-signer? I'm asking you your age because you are not considered independent from your parent's until a certain age - which I can't remember right now.

You really need to weigh your options...sounds me that it'd be better to have a co-signer than forfeit your chances of graduating.

Have you checked with your Financial Aid office at school? I know they aren't always the most helpful but it's well worth asking.
