Who do u contact if you didn't receive 1098 student loan interest?

You need to contact your lender. The 1098 does not have to be attached to your 1040 (unlike a W-2) so if you can get them to give you this information over the phone or if you can get it from their website, you can still file your tax return.

By law, this information is to be mailed by 1/31 so give it a few more days, it may arrive in your mailbox soon.

Are you asking about the 1098 tax form? If you are supposed to have gotten one and haven't gotten one yet then you should contact your financial aid office at your school and find out when they are being sent out. Not sure but it probably varies by school.

To get the 1098T, you need to contact your school. Generally, the billing office takes care of questions regarding the form, so I would try that office first. If your school has a website that you log into, you can usually print it from there. All US schools are required to have that form in the mail by January 31st, so if you haven't received it, contact your school.

If you are referring to the 1098E, contact your lender. The forms is to claim any interest you paid for the tax year. If you made no payments on any of your student loans, you probably don't need the form. If you made payments though, definitely contact your lender.
