You have to file a FAFSA first. I'm not sure if Stafford loans are for undergrads only or extend to grad students as well. perkins loans are available as well.
As for private loans, it has to do with how good/bad your credit rating is and if you have a credit-worthy cosignor or not.
How old do you have to be to a get a student stafford loan? And how easy/hard is it to get a student loan?
Depend if your parent want to paid for you. You can borrow the loan at the first year you go to college depend on how many year you will loan. You can paid the money after you work and have a job
